1. What will I get if I become a club member?

Each month, you will get an awesome  variety pack of 20 new designs.  You can also get archivedl specialty packs, available to members only at Buy 2 get another free..  The specialty packs are listed HERE.

 

2. How much do I have to pay?

Monthly membership is only $10 per month.   For this, you get 20 new designs every month, as long as you stay a current member. 

 

3.  What do I do to stay a member?

It is as easy as signing up once HERE.  The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.  When your payment clears for the subscription, we send you a password to download  the variety pack.   If you are a current member and do not receive your sampler within 24 hours of your subscription payment, please email us at support@premiumembroiderydesigns.com.

 

4.  What are "Specialty Packs"?

We used to add monthly "specialty packs". Specialty packs are designs from a certain category...  redwork... free standing lace... applique... etc.  These designs are still available as archives HERE and are on special for Buy 2 get another free.

 

5.  Do I have to get specialty packs to be a member?

No.  The only requirement is the $10 membership fee which gives you the 20 design variety pack. 

 

6. It sounds like a good deal.  Do I have to stay a member for a long time to get such good prices? 

No, but we ask that you remain a member for a minimum of 3 months.  You can cancel any time you wish after that. As long as you have a current membership, you continue to get the current variety pack (20 designs) for FREE and your choice of archived specialty packs..

 

7. When and how do I get my designs?

You will receive the designs after the 3rd of the month you have paid for. If you do not receive the password within 48 hours of your payment clearing, then email us support@premiumembroiderydesigns.com.

 

8.  What formats do the designs come in?

Your format choices are .art, .dst, .exp, .hus, .jef, .pes, .vip, .vp3, and .xxx.  If you have more than one brand of machine, you are welcome to download more than one format.

 

9.  What size(s) are the designs?

The packs are multi-sized and have 2-5 sizes of each design.

 

10.  I heard about another club you have, Silver... something?

That's the Silver Threads Golden Needles Club which is also a GREAT option to build a stash of high quality designs at a low monthly fee of $18 (you get 70-100 designs a month!)  You can read more about it HERE.

 

11.  What are the terms of use? 

For a full explanation of the standard copyright statement which covers the terms of use, go HERESimplified Statement:   You get a single user llicense to use the digitized embroidery designs, the original copyright is owned by the digitizer.   You can sell or give away PROJECTS that you've made with the designs.  You CANNOT sell, give away, duplicate* or share the digitized design files themselves, by any means. Violations of the copyright are subject to USA copyright laws.

 

*You are allowed to make a backup copy for your own personal use.

 

12.  What if I have a crash and lose the designs I've already paid for?  

Designs paid for are ALWAYS available for download at no additional cost. Please email us at support@premiumembroiderydesigns.com if you need to get another copy of your files.

 

13.  I see some designs I want, but not all of them, can I buy them individually?

Yes.  If you prefer to not become a member but want some of the designs, you can order them individually HERE.  The cost is higher though, you get the best values with the club packs.

 

14.  Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of these electronically transmitted files, refunds are not available.  If you need to cancel your reoccurring subscription, you can do so by emailing us at support@premiumembroiderydesigns.com before the next renewal date.  Please expect a confirmation email that says we received your request to cancel, if you do not get the confirmation, re-email or call us ((1-888-568-2739 or 1-541-359-0879).  If cancellation is made AFTER the next renewal date, there will be a reversal fee of 20% deducted from the reimbursement to cover handling fees.

 

15. What about the free-with-purchase samplers you offer at OPW Mall, do I get those too from membership design purchases?  Or how about when you offer other specials and bonuses at the mall?

The only time these types of offers apply is when you purchase the singles from HERE.  The free with purchase samplers listed HERE are available with purchases from the OPW Mall, but not with the club membership packs.  Specials and bonuses listed HERE apply to specific vendors.
